You are renting a privately owned home or condo. It has been decorated and equipped to satisfy the particular tastes and desires of the owner. The condition of the unit and its furnishings vary according to the age of the home and the care given by the owner.  Since the premised are privately owned, neither Kathy Wright nor the owner shall be responsible for any additional furnishings not presently in the unit.
All rental fees due 30 days in advance.  All cancellations are subject to a $200 penalty and a handling fee of $30.00 (plus 11.5% tax). Your deposit, less the penalty and handling fee, will be returned if the reservation is cancelled.  Room changes are considered the same as a cancellation since the units are individually owned.  If there is a problem with unit, the owner will try to fix it. If the problem can not be repaired and there is not another unit to move to, the rent money will be replaced for the renter to find own accommodations elsewhere. No other refund will be issued other than what renter has paid. We do not handle long term rentals.
