Second
Floor
The main
living/dining area is beautifully
furnished and has the feel of casual
elegance. It has a solid coral
fireplace and wall-to-wall sliding
glass doors leading to a furnished
balcony overlooking the beach. The
views of the sugar white beach and
the ocean are breathtaking from
inside as well as from the
balcony. The balcony is a great
place to enjoy morning coffee, to
drink in the beauty of the sunsets,
and to unwind while breathing in the
clean sea air.
The
kitchen is fully equipped with
everything you need for cooking.
Near the kitchen is the laundry
closet with a full-size washer and
dryer. On the north side is a full
bathroom and comfortable queen
bedroom.
Third
Floor
Overlooking the ocean is the
spacious master bedroom complete
with a Jacuzzi tub. The private
master balcony is the perfect place
to begin your day or unwind in the
evening. The elegant marble master
bath contains a large walk-in
shower, dual sinks, a closet, and an
unexpected extra, a bidet. Opposite
the spacious master bath is a
bedroom with twin bunk beds and an
extra pull out mattress and two
large closets.
Ground
Floor
The
ground floor contains a one-car
garage, (a great place to store your
luggage, etc. as well as your car).
There is an entrance hall and a
foyer that leads to the stairs, a
studio apartment, and a side door to
the beach. The studio has a
large living area and fully equipped
small kitchen, a comfortable
queen-sized Murphy bed and a
bathroom with walk-in shower.
The
multi-purpose studio serves as a
fourth bedroom at night and/or a
family hangout during the day. It
has wall to wall windows facing the
Gulf. This versatile space is very
popular with guests and is a big
plus for large families. Also, it is
a great space for families bringing
additional guests or elderly parents
who want to be close to everyone yet
have their own quarters in a ground
level area.
The
Exterior
There
is a private furnished covered patio
with BBQ grill adjoining the studio
that leads to the 30-foot wooden
deck. The deck has patio furniture
for lounging and dining and an
outdoor shower. The peaceful beach
has plenty of space to spread out
and enjoy the sun and sand. The
semi-private pool is located on the
north side of the property is
surrounded by lush flowering shrubs,
bushes and palm trees. It takes
about a minute to walk from the unit
to the pool. There are only 8
townhomes the pool is not crowded.
In addition to the one-car garage,
additional parking spaces are near
the front door. |

All cancellations incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancelled reservations paid by credit card incur an
additional 5% fee or $50, whichever is greater. |
