Villa Capri Retreat is a 1BR/1BA beachfront condo that sleeps 3 to 4 people. Located in the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, Capri is part of a small Cancun-style 24-unit community. It is gated for increased security. It has 300 feet of deeded private beach limiting access to guests of the complex only. The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of room to spread out and drink in the sun and the beautiful views or for the kids to romp and play in the sugar white sand.

Capri is ideal for couples or small families and is popular with honeymooners and couples celebrating anniversaries. It is a quiet, peaceful retreat where you can unwind and renew your spirit. The views of the beach and sunsets are breathtaking from inside or outside the unit.

Capri is centrally located in the heart of Destin, and only one half mile from Destin Commons and major dining, shopping and recreation areas.

A ten-minute’s drive away is Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track and nearby that is the Gulfarium with dolphin and sea lion shows daily. The nearby Destin Harbor has a variety of water activities for the whole family. Ladies love to shop till they drop at the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall with over 100 stores located just ten minutes drive east of Capri.

For a Florida vacation like it used to be you will love this place. You are right on the beach yet so close to what is happening. No high-rises and no long walks to the beach.
